The NVidia GeForce GT 740 is the best cheapest GPU!
It is about 97$ on Amazon..The 2gb Version..
And the 4gb version is about 108$ on Amazon.
The clock speed is 933...
It can also be overclocked,..Which can produce upto 1050 clock speed..
All games are playable on it..e.g Watch Dogs.
